Running a company means constant decision-making under pressure, unexpected challenges, and the need to adapt quickly. For me, being AuDHD (autistic + ADHD) has shaped not just how I experience the world but how I lead. Leading with AuDHD isn’t without difficulty. Energy crashes and the cost of masking are real. No founder excels at everything. But qualities like adaptability, pattern recognition, and resilience provide a powerful edge in:

These traits prove that cognitive diversity isn’t just valuable — it’s essential in modern leadership, where complexity and rapid change are constant.
